As I'm going to work in another location, I'm renting out my paradise for a few years. It is a fully winterized Boathouse by the sea in Hälsingland, Nordanstig municipality between Hudiksvall and Sundsvall. The house has two floors with a balcony overlooking the sea. There, you can worship the sun in the morning, at noon, and in the evening. Or why not sit there on starry nights and just enjoy the tranquility. Heating: Air heat pump, wood stove, and underfloor heating in the bathroom. There is a small garden with cultivation possibilities for household needs. Garage tent. A small rowboat is available for loan. The boathouse is secluded with the sea to the south, the fishing village to the west, and the forest rich in berries and mushrooms to the east and north. Cold rent 7900 SEK/month. Access in August 2026 or according to agreement. I am happy to rent it furnished, but unfurnished can be arranged! The fishing village is bustling with life in the summer with 2 restaurants, a Deli shop, hotel, hostel, summer café, campsite, guest harbor, and the incredible adventure forest Trolska Skogen! In winter, there is a Saturday pub at the restaurant, and Trolska Skogen organizes certain events. You also shouldn't miss the Christmas market that takes place in the village every year! There is a bus station 7 km away where buses go to Sundsvall and Hudiksvall.
