Renting out my apartment in Vega near the commuter train station starting August due to studies in another location. The apartment is 32 sqm with a large bathroom with a combined washer and dryer, kitchen with refrigerator and freezer, combined microwave oven, and dishwasher. There is plenty of storage with 3 wardrobes and a large chest of drawers. The bed is situated behind a built wall, making it feel like a 1.5-room apartment. The rent includes furniture and electricity costs. Internet and broadband are to be contracted by the tenant. I am looking for a person who is animal- and smoke-free, orderly, and has a stable income.
