The apartment is located on the first residential floor, accessible by a few steps. Functional layout: 1 room, alcove, kitchenette, bathroom (with a connection for a washing machine), walk-in closet, balcony (not glazed). In the basement, there is a storage cage for the apartment, a laundry and drying room (with a paid washing machine), and a bicycle storage. Smoking is prohibited in the apartment. The rent includes water charge for one person. The water charge will change when the housing company completes the pipeline renovation at the turn of the year. The tenant must take out a comprehensive home insurance. There is an option for a parking space owned by the housing company for an additional fee. Credit checks will be performed. The housing company will begin the renovation of domestic water pipelines at the end of November or early December. During the renovation, the bathroom of the apartment will be renovated, which means the apartment cannot be lived in for about 3 weeks. Rent during the emergency condition will be agreed upon separately depending on the situation. A water meter will be installed in the apartment during the pipe renovation.
