Patio: The apartment includes a spacious, furnished patio with decking in the association's courtyard. Laundry room: Located on the ground floor and it is easy to get a laundry time as it is a small association. The apartment is located in SoFo, near Nytorget. The area has plenty of restaurants, cafes, and shops. The transportation is good with buses nearby and walking distance to the subway at Medborgarplatsen or Skanstull.
