The apartment is an airy and open planned two-bedroom located in a quiet area with many villas and townhouses. With a new and fresh bathroom as well as a newly renovated kitchen, the apartment appears stylish and modern. The apartment is located one floor up in the building and therefore receives light all day in a south-facing position. With a gallery facing the courtyard (which has a patio as well as a grill and greenhouse), there is also the possibility for a table and chairs outdoors in a more secluded environment with only one neighbor on the same floor. Electricity is included in the apartment (provided it is used at a normal level), internet, and standard channels 1-12. The apartment has good communications, including a bus and the Nockeby Line, which takes you to the subway at Brommaplan or Alvik, with only 20-25 minutes to the city. Within a 6-8 minute walk, there is also a bathing place and a nature reserve, as well as a smaller grocery store. The apartment is rented furnished, but there is the possibility to bring individual furniture if desired. I wish to rent out to a single tenant without pets, children, and smoke-free, or a couple with the same requirements. I am renting out the apartment as I will be trying living with my partner, hence there is the possibility for extension.
