About 1 minute walking distance to bus connections that run every 10 minutes and take you to the university/Borås center in about 10 minutes. Close to the lake and nice trails in nature. There will be an entirely new floor and it will be newly painted this week. The pictures posted are old but will happily supplement with newer ones when it is done. The rent is paid at the beginning of each month and there is also a reasonable deposit fee of 6000 SEK upon moving in, which you get back when you move out.
