Krokängsvägen, Nol

Welcome to a super cozy semi-detached house that feels like a detached villa in a quiet and cozy residential area in Nol. I live in the house together with my son. The house is spacious with 3 bedrooms on one floor, a laundry room with a side entrance, a storage room, a large kitchen, and a living room that you have access to. The bedroom being rented out is the largest in the house and has a window facing the garden. There is an opportunity to use the entire garden and also help out if you want to. We have two wonderful cats, Lakrits and Rut. The rent includes internet, home insurance but not electricity. Access to storage with carport and parking space. We wish to rent out because we have a lot of space but we are also very careful about who we let into our home. Since my son is young and goes to school, we expect that one is a calm person who cares about their surroundings.
