We are renting out a furnished three-room apartment for three months. The apartment has a good layout with two bedrooms, one bedroom with a single bed and the other with a double bed. The apartment is located in Södermalm. The rent includes: heating, water, electricity, broadband, and furniture. The apartment has good transportation links with proximity to public transport, making it easy to reach the city center and other parts of the city. We are renting out the apartment for a limited period because we will be traveling for three months. Therefore, we are looking for a responsible tenant who will take good care of our home.
