The guest cottage is located in a village about 7 km from Linnaeus University and 9 km from Växjö city center. The village lacks public transport but there is a bicycle path from the village to the city center and the university. Patio with garden furniture. Two rooms, two entrances, hall, a new bathroom with compost toilet. Shower. Currently lacks washing machine. The cottage is located near the road, next to my house and also a neighbor. Horses and dogs nearby. Non-smokers. Fully furnished. Terrestrial TV, lacks fiber/broadband. Kitchenette with all porcelain and kitchen utensils. Induction hob and microwave. Pantry and storage cabinets, wardrobe. The cottage is built and has always been in the family, now has an extension with a hall and a bathroom with underfloor heating, finished in 2026. Otherwise, direct electric heating. The tiled stoves are currently under a burning ban. I hope someone wants to live and enjoy my cottage. My own home is right next door.
