Fully equipped kitchen (Stove, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, etc.). Living room with a custom-built sofa in front of the fireplace with space for TV. Dining area with a large dining table adjacent to the kitchen. Toilet with shower and washing machine. UPPER FLOOR OF THE ACCOMMODATION 3 separate bedrooms are located on the upper floor. One large bedroom and two smaller bedrooms. EXTERIOR Terrace on one side of the accommodation and on the other side, there is a patio with gravel and grass. Space for garden furniture, barbecue, planting boxes, etc. There is also a small uninsulated storage included. THE LOCATION - The accommodation is situated on a seaside plot on Senoren with a nice view over fields and the sea. - Bus stop with relatively good connections - 5-minute walking distance. Bus line no. 123. (Check Blekingetrafiken). - ICA - 5-minute walking distance. Open 9-19 every day. - Distance to Karlskrona city center by car is 22km. INCLUDED - The accommodation is rented out partially furnished. Some furniture is custom-built and cannot be moved. Other furniture can be removed upon agreement. - Includes WIFI with internet connection via fiber. - Includes garbage disposal. OTHER COSTS Electricity cost for household electricity and heating. For heating, there is a modern air heat pump and an efficient wood stove. MOVE-IN DATE Preferred move-in date is August 1, alternatively September 1. PHOTOS The photos were taken when we rented out the accommodation fully furnished. Today it is only sparsely furnished and you as the tenant need to furnish the accommodation yourself. See the photos more as inspiration for how it could look when furnished. OTHER This accommodation is the northern part of the building. The southern part is rented to another tenant. The accommodations are adjacent to each other in the building. We are only interested in tenants who want to rent for a longer period.
