Furnished room 5 minutes walking distance from the University in a quiet area close to nature and centrally located. The room is 20 square meters with two windows and is located on the basement level of a townhouse. There is a private toilet, shower, and fridge/freezer, but the kitchen and laundry room are shared with us. The room includes a microwave, coffee maker, etc., and shared storage space is included. A small dog is present in the household.
