Until the turn of the year 2025-26, a lady lived here for about 6 months from Italy and before her, a female student from Oman lived here for about 2 years. Both now have apartments in Gothenburg. The room is in an apartment with 3 room and kitchen centrally located in 2nd floor in Olskroken/Lunden and about 150 meters to Redbergsplatsen where the buses and trams go and with a 15 minute walk to Central station and the parade street "Avenyn". Close to shops, restaurants and public transport. The rent is 4,900 SEK and includes electricity, heating, WI-FI and use of existing kitchen equipment. The room is located directly next to the front door. Deposit is 1 month's rent. You must be non-smoking and have no pets or payment complaints and that you are fluent in Swedish and/or English in speech and writing.
