Move-in is possible no earlier than November 1, 2026! A requirement for you to be selected is that, according to Swedish law, you must register your address with the Swedish Tax Agency (Skatteverket) at the move-in date. A room in a small two-room apartment of 38 sqm, close to the city and the Tekniska Högskolan subway, is for rent to a tenant. The room is rented furnished, including everything from bedding to kitchenware (see list at the bottom of the ad). You will also have access to the apartment's shared toilet and kitchenette. The room is intended for one person, the tenant themselves. I want to see that you have a steady income through CSN or work and that you are calm, responsible, and willing to take turns cleaning the shared spaces. You can be introverted or extroverted, everyone is welcome to apply, but as mentioned, registration of your address is a strict requirement to move in! Tell me a bit about yourself!
