I am going to start studying at Linköping University and I am therefore looking for a convenient arrangement: we will borrow each other's homes during the study period – no rent in between, just a fair exchange! You can borrow: Bright 1-room apartment of 30 sqm at Valhallavägen 73, centrally located at Östermalm in Stockholm. Own kitchen and bathroom. Prime location – only 2 minutes from KTH and close to subway, buses, and all that Östermalm offers. Perfect for those who will study or work in Stockholm. The board's approval is already in place. I want to borrow: Apartment or room in Linköping, preferably near the university or with good communications there. Size and standard are flexible – the important thing is a safe accommodation during the study period. Setup: We live in each other's homes during the same period and cover each other's regular costs (fee/rent, electricity, etc.). Simple, safe, and good for both! Access: Fall Term 2026.
