Small and cozy room for rent in Södermalm, from September 1 I am renting out a small and cozy room in a four-room apartment near Södra Station, just a short walk from Årstaviken and within walking distance of Mariatorget and Skanstull. The apartment has excellent transport connections (commuter train, metro and buses) and beautiful walking paths along the water nearby. The room is furnished and has a window facing a quiet inner courtyard. The apartment also has a large balcony with morning sun. The kitchen and bathroom are shared. I am looking for a calm, considerate and tidy person who appreciates a peaceful home environment. We share the apartment but otherwise live our own lives and respect each other’s privacy. Meat or fish is not cooked in the apartment, vegetarian food is welcome. There is a cat living here as well. The rent includes internet, electricity and home insurance. Move-in: from September 1 Rent: 6800 SEK/month The rental agreement includes two months’ notice and a deposit equivalent to one month’s rent. Female applicants are especially welcome.
