Hello! I am renting out my unfurnished 2-room apartment of 45 sqm at Råbyvägen 24 in Kapellgärdet. Rental period: October 1, 2026 – July 1, 2027. The apartment is bright, well-planned, and perfectly suited for a couple, two students, or a single person. It has a separate bedroom and offers, among other things: * Dishwasher * Combined washing machine and dryer * Balcony * Elevator Rent: 12,500 SEK/month, including heating, water, electricity, and broadband. A deposit equivalent to one month's rent is required. The apartment is in an attractive location, approximately a 15-minute walk to the city center and around 10 minutes by bike to the university. Nearby, there is good service, including the Kvarnengallerian with an ICA store, about a 10-minute walk away, and Willys, approximately a 10–15 minute walk away. The area also offers good bus connections and parking options. I am looking for a responsible and orderly tenant who takes good care of the apartment. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment. Upon rental, I will request a background check.
