Welcome to a cozy and newly renovated house with a fantastic location next to the Strömma Canal. The house is situated on high ground and offers a lovely view of the water from the spacious terrace, a perfect spot for morning coffee or a relaxing evening as the boats slowly glide by. The house has a well-planned layout with a bright living room and a modern kitchen in an open connection. The kitchen is fully equipped with new appliances and dining space for four people. The bedroom has two single beds, and in the living room, there is a sofa bed that provides two additional sleeping spaces. The fully tiled bathroom is equipped with underfloor heating and a washing machine. An air heat pump ensures the indoor climate is comfortable year-round. On the terrace, there is a dining set for four people and an electric grill, making it easy to enjoy meals outdoors with a view of the canal. Behind the house, the forest begins, where with a bit of luck you might see both deer and moose. In late summer, there are plenty of blueberries to pick just a few steps from the house. The Strömma Canal is a charming and historic waterway that connects Fågelbrolandet with Värmdö. Here, leisure boats pass on their way to the archipelago, creating a peaceful and lively environment. Just a stone's throw from the house is a popular restaurant where both locals and summer guests gather for good food and something refreshing to drink on sunny days. The communications are excellent with frequent bus connections to, among others, Djurö, Stavsnäs, and central Stockholm. From Strömma, it is also possible to travel by archipelago boat into Stockholm and enjoy a beautiful boat trip through the archipelago. The rent includes parking, Wi-Fi/internet, and normal water consumption. Electricity consumption is paid monthly based on usage. This is measured every month. The property is rented out when we do not use it ourselves and is perfect for those looking for a quiet and nature-close living with proximity to the archipelago, swimming, and good communications.
