Situated close to the city between the areas of Kville and Lindholmen, with a view over green spaces and Karlatornet. The rent includes everything (electricity, cold and hot water, internet, TV, alarm system), and parking can also be added (own numbered parking space opposite the house) for a cost of 1000 SEK/month. There is a pleasant courtyard with green areas, swings, and a barbecue area. The nearest stop is Madängsgatan, but larger junctions are about an 8-minute walk away (Hjalmar Brantingsplatsen and Regnbågsgatan). The apartment is being rented out as we are trying out living in another location.
