Hi! My name is Emma and I am renting out my beautiful apartment in Huvudsta from mid-September for six months, with the possibility of extension if it suits both parties. I have lived here since I moved to Stockholm in 2020, and now that it's time for a new chapter in my life with travel and moving, I want the apartment to end up in safe hands 🥰 A little about the apartment: * 1 room and kitchen, 40 sqm * Rented out furnished * Floor 2 facing south * French balcony with views of water (in winter) and greenery * Close to the metro * Only 2 minutes to nice walking paths along Ulvsundasjön that lead towards Sundbyberg, Hornsbergs Strand, and Birkastan The area is quiet and pleasant with mostly families with children and retirees. In about 3 minutes you reach Huvudsta center with a grocery store, gym, restaurants, café, and metro. From there, you can reach central Stockholm in less than 10 minutes. The bus to Solna and Sundbyberg also stops right outside the house. Laundry room and bicycle storage are one floor down. The apartment has plenty of storage in both the hallway and kitchen. The bathroom was renovated just before I moved in and is very fresh. The apartment is also well soundproofed, so it is calm and quiet. Water, electricity, and broadband are included in the rent.
