Stora Isie byaväg, Klagstorp

In the lovely little village of Stora Isie lies this house that I am renting out from October 4, 2026, to April 30, 2027. NOTE! Not until further notice. The house, which is beautifully renovated with exposed beams, comprises a ground floor and an upper floor. On the ground floor, there is a kitchen with a dining area and a living room with an open floor plan. The kitchen has an induction stove, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, blender, food processor, and coffee maker. There is a vacuum cleaner and a stick vacuum cleaner. The dining/living room has a dining table seating six people, a sofa and two armchairs, a TV, speakers for media, and a heating stove. On the ground floor, there is also another room with a sofa bed. There are two entrances; one by the kitchen and one on the other side of the house. In the bathroom, there are a sink, toilet, and shower. A washing machine is located by the entrance on the ground floor. On the upper floor, there is an open upper hall with a bed, and two bedrooms, one with a double bed and a wardrobe. The house is heated with an air-to-air heat pump, but there are also electric radiators in all rooms. There is an alarm with response, and fiber has been installed at the property. At the back of the house, there is a large patio with outdoor furniture and a kettle grill. In the garden, there is also a conservatory/sunroom with seating for many. There is space to park two to three cars. There are no public transportation options, so having a car is necessary. Four kilometers south of Stora Isie lies Smygehamn with a store and restaurants. Four kilometers north lies Klagstorp with an exceptionally good ICA. Stora Isie is about 15 km from Trelleborg, 40 km from Malmö, Lund, and Ystad, and about 30 minutes from Sturup. I am renting it out because I live abroad during the winter months, so there is no opportunity for extension. In addition to rent, there are consumption costs such as electricity, water, garbage collection, and possibly internet. Firewood for the heating stove can be purchased locally. Rental terms are a credit check without remarks and a stable income. Smoking or pets are not allowed.
