Villa in family-friendly Utby, approx. 8 km from central Gothenburg with bus connections to Svingeln/Heden as well as Gamlestaden. We will be away for two months and are renting out our house (127 + 45 sq m). The house is fully furnished and equipped, with space for two cars on the driveway. EV charging is available for an additional fee upon agreement. The rooms are arranged with one 180 bed, one sofa bed in the basement (180cm), and two kids rooms with 80cm beds.
