This means keeping things in order and cleaning, not having food in the room, and being active such as working or studying during the day. This is a perfect accommodation if you want peace and quiet. The rent is 4,000:-/month including electricity and Wi-Fi, but excluding service fee 198:-/month. The tenant must be prepared to provide references from current/previous landlords.
