We are renting out our spacious and well-planned apartment on the fourth floor of a building with an elevator. The apartment has a fantastic and open view over Lake Mälaren with no overlooking from nearby buildings. The great advantage is the two enclosed balconies – one from the living room with afternoon and evening sun and a larger one from the bedroom with lovely morning sun. The apartment has a thoughtful layout and is perfect for a couple or a small family. A garage space is available for rent for an additional monthly fee. However, storage is not included. The location is unbeatable, right by Lake Mälaren with lovely walking and cycling paths, restaurants, cafés, and bars along the water. Nordic Wellness is only a few minutes' walk away, as well as Hemköp, bus stops, and other services. Right below the house is a park and a kindergarten, which makes the area both convenient and family-friendly. We are renting out our beloved apartment because I have gotten a job in Stockholm and the daily commute has become too long. Therefore, we want to try living in Stockholm for at least a year and are now looking for someone who will enjoy it here as much as we do and take care of our home in the meantime.
