I have bought an apartment and now want to move home! Considering selling but first want to try renting it out, well-maintained newly built studio with everything needed. Rent includes electricity, heating, water, garbage collection, and internet. The apartment is equipped with a microwave, fridge, freezer, oven, stove, washing machine, and dishwasher. I am willing and open to renting out for longer periods. The apartment is a 5-minute walk from the bus that takes you to Barkarby station in 10 minutes and 10 minutes to Vällingby Centrum, a 10-minute walk to Åkermyntan center where there are grocery stores, restaurants, healthcare, library, and postal services. There is also a mailbox 100 meters from the apartment.
