Welcome to a pleasant and fully furnished house in Oxnö, suitable for a person, a couple, or a small family looking for a quiet and nature-close residence during fall, winter, and spring. The house is adapted for year-round living. The house is rented until May 31, 2027, as we primarily use it during the summer. We are happy to have someone else enjoy the house and take good care of it during this period. The house is located in a quiet area close to the forest, sea, and nice walking paths. In the fall, there are plenty of mushrooms in the surrounding woods. Kitchen The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, and coffee maker, as well as new fridge and freezer units. There is also a dining area with room for the family. Living Room The bright living room has large windows with plenty of natural light and views of the property. The room is furnished with a three-seater sofa, two armchairs, and a chaise lounge. There is also a wood-burning stove that contributes to a warm and cozy feeling during the colder months of the year, as well as a new 42-inch TV. Master Bedroom The larger bedroom is furnished with a comfortable continental bed and a dresser. Small Bedroom The smaller bedroom has a bunk bed with two beds approximately 70 × 160 cm and wardrobes for storage. The room is mainly suitable for children. The bunk bed can be removed if desired. Hall The hall has underfloor heating and good storage possibilities for outerwear and shoes. Bathroom The bathroom is equipped with a shower, washing machine, and storage. There is also underfloor heating here. Toilet The house has a separate toilet with underfloor heating. Heating and Internet The house is mainly heated with a modern air heat pump. The wood-burning stove can be used as a cozy complement on cold days. Fiber-optic WiFi is available in the house, which also makes it possible to work from home. Transportation, Parking, and Electric Car Charging Parking is available at the house, as well as a charging box for electric cars. The bus stop for line 852 is about a ten-minute walk away. For those with a car, it is easy to get to Nynäshamn and further to other parts of southern Stockholm. However, having a car is a clear advantage for those living in Oxnö for an extended period. Electricity and Other Costs Electricity and heating are included up to 2,000 SEK per month. If the actual cost exceeds 2,000 SEK, the tenant pays the excess monthly, based on the actual cost and without any surcharge. Fees for waste collection, community association, fiber, and electricity subscription are included in the rent. The Area Oxnö is particularly quiet and peaceful during the winter months, with proximity to forest, sea, walking paths, and outdoor life.
