Only 1 month deposit. We are renting out our completely renovated duplex apartment of about 55 m² in the heart of Vika while we are away. The apartment is only rented out in September, with the possibility of renting until October 5. We only want to rent out to serious, calm and responsible people who do not party and who will take very good care of the apartment. We only respond to serious inquiries where you tell us a little about who you are, why you want to rent the apartment, and how you will use it during the period so that we can assess if you are the right person to live in our home while we are away. The apartment has just been renovated, and a deposit will therefore be required. Any damage, marks, or unusual wear caused by careless use may be deducted from the deposit. The location is fantastic – right in Vika in the center of Oslo, and only about a 3-minute walk from the sea, Aker Brygge, and Tjuvholmen. Here you have some of Oslo's finest areas and great walking opportunities along the water right outside the door. Nationaltheatret, Solli plass, public transport, restaurants, cafés, shops, and everything downtown Oslo has to offer are within short walking distance. The apartment spans two floors and has two bedrooms. In the main bedroom, there is a large 180 cm double bed. In the living room, you will find a dining area and a brand new sofa, as well as what you need for a comfortable stay and to enjoy Oslo life. Additionally, the building has a huge rooftop terrace that can be used. From there, you have a beautiful view over Oslo, including Holmenkollen, the sea, the City Hall, and the Nationaltheatre – a fantastic place to enjoy the view over the city. The apartment has its own entrance. On the ground floor, there is also a separate studio. The studio shares an exit/entrance, but is otherwise separate and has no access to the main apartment. * The pictures were taken in June/July 2026, before the shower and furniture were in place. The apartment is now completed and furnished. Rental period: September 2026 – possibility to rent until October 5.
