We live on the second floor and have a quite private, spacious garden with a nice patio area. The house is 105 m² and the rooms to be rented are around 10 m² each. The common areas are furnished and the room only will have a one person bad and a walkin closet The house is one of the houses that will eventually be torn down as part of the Aspudden Centrum renewal project.This is expected to happen no earlier than a year from now, and likely later depending on legal and planning processes. *we are gonna have a cat at the house*not for you if you have cat allergies **The roomsto be rented**: move-in as soon as possible **Practical details** * Rent: 8000 SEK/month * Deposit: one month rent * Included in the rent: Electricty, Water, Internet. **The kollektiv** You are going to be living with me, Eda. I am 28 years old, Turkish, and a Product Manager working at a tech company. I have been living in Sweden for 2+ years now. + you are going to live with Leane, 25, who is also a very active & genuiene French woman who is gonna move in as the same time as you. I love living in a kollektiv and creating genuine connections with the people I share a home with. I like living in balance: sometimes having a week mostly to myself, and sometimes having a party with 40+ people and DJs :) I am quite extroverted and enthusiastic about owning my emotions and needs. I am more interested in creating a life together in this house than having a lot of rules. I value open and direct communication and appreciate living with people who are comfortable having honest conversations and approaching conflicts with curiosity rather than defensiveness. I am quite passionate about life: I host social events and parties, do yoga, climb, go to the gym, pole, swim, bike, dance, meditate, and read. I am also part of communities such as tantra, the burner community, and the rave scene. We occasionally share meals, spend time in the garden, host friends, and sometimes organize bigger social gatherings. At the same time, everyone has their own life and privacy is respected. **Dream people to live with** People who enjoy living around other people, have some slack in their lives for unexpected conflicts, feel comfortable approaching conflicts, and approach the people they live with compassion and curiosity. I want to be inspired by the people I live with, and I hope they feel the same. The goal is to create a warm, caring, and inspiring home where people genuinely enjoy living together rather than simply sharing rent.
