Looking for a well-behaved, respectful, pleasant, and responsible tenant. I live in a four-room apartment of 88 square meters. Situated high in the scenic Edsberg. Walking distance to Edsbergs Centrum, health center, and schools. 2-3 minutes to bus 607 between Danderyd Hospital (metro, red line) and Sollentuna station (commuter train, and Sollentuna Centrum). Forest (walking, jogging, outdoor gym), swimming area (Rösjöbadet), ski slope (Väsjöbacken, skiing, snowboarding), allotments. You should not be allergic to or afraid of dogs. I have a kind dog of 1.5 years. If you are going to study or work remotely and might also become my dog walker, I will pay you for that. :) In the room, there will be a bed, a bedside table, and some built-in wardrobes. And a TV if desired.
