The tenant pays contents insurance and electricity by separate agreement. The fuse box for my part is in the entrance hall. I must have access to it if needed. Short-term rental down to one month can be considered, ask me if you need this. The apartment is currently rented out via Airbnb and is therefore furnished, you can move right in ☺️ It is completely available from November 1st, but it can also be rented before that when it is vacant.
