Apartment in a quiet area close to nature and downtown with restaurants, grocery store, pharmacy, gym, and Systembolaget. Close to buses for commuting. Older but functional kitchen and recently renovated bathroom. Electricity, internet, and basic TV package included. Electricity and water are added to my fee and depend on the tenant's usage. No smokers. You must be approved by the association, which grants permission 6 months at a time. Note! The pictures are old, and it will be rented out unfurnished. The floor plan is not exact concerning the closet or bathtub, but otherwise correct.
