The apartment is in an attractive location with about a 10-minute walk to the city center and about a 15-minute walk to the university. Nearby, there is good service with ICA Luthagen about 7 minutes away on foot and good bus connections. I am looking for a well-behaved, responsible, and orderly tenant who takes good care of the apartment.
