Charming two-room apartment in the historic SJ buildings with fantastic views Welcome to a very charming and well-planned apartment in the well-known SJ buildings. The apartment has high ceilings, a stylishly renovated bathroom, and a lovely character that makes it both pleasant and unique. The apartment is through-plan with large windows that provide fantastic light all day. Thanks to its high location, it is completely private and offers beautiful views of Turning Torso and magical sunsets. Since the apartment is located at the top of the building, it is also very quiet – we practically never hear any noise from the neighbors. Please note that the building lacks an elevator. The cozy courtyard is a huge asset with several barbecue areas and a calm, pleasant atmosphere. There are also very nice neighbors, which contributes to the good living environment. About the rental We are renting the apartment because we will be living abroad for a period. There is an opportunity for extension for the right tenant. The apartment is rented out furnished. The furniture can be adjusted to some extent by agreement, but the larger pieces will remain. We are looking for someone who will take care of the apartment with the same care as we have.
