Apartment subletting - Skövde I am planning to sublet my nice 2-room apartment of 61 sqm, on the 3rd floor at Frostaliden 6 in Skövde. The apartment has large windows which provide nice natural light, a social open floor plan between the kitchen and living room, and a large balcony. The apartment is equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer. There is an elevator in the building. Electricity, heating, water, and broadband are included in the rent. The apartment is rented unfurnished. Frostaliden is one of the newer housing areas in Skövde, located near grocery stores and the shopping center Elins Esplanad. Close to the nature area Karstorp and walking distance to Skaraborg Hospital Skövde. Bus stop nearby with good connections to the city center. I am looking for a responsible, non-smoking tenant with a stable economy who will take good care of the apartment.
