Nice and fully furnished basement apartment for rent in a quiet residential area. Less than 10 minutes walk from UiA/Technological Park and Groos beach area, about 20 minutes walk to downtown. Rented out to one person or a couple. No pets, smoking, or partying. We are a family with a dog and a small child living in the house. Looking for a long-term lease from August 2026 to June 2027, with possible extension from August 2027. We wish to occupy the apartment ourselves in July, but this can be negotiated. Newly renovated kitchen and bathroom, new floor in the bedroom and hallway. Fully furnished and fully equipped kitchen, including dishwasher and washing machine. Plenty of storage space with private internal storage room. Electricity costs are prepaid each month (500 NOK in addition to rent), and actual consumption will be calculated afterwards based on a separate electricity meter. Any difference will be settled.
