The stately, white villa is beautifully situated with a nice garden! The property has a magnificent location in one of Sandefjord's most exclusive residential areas, only about 1 km from the city. Here you live with Anders Jahre's former residence, Midtåsen, as the "closest" neighbor which is now open to the public. The area is quiet and peaceful, with beautiful hiking areas, schools, kindergartens and the city only a short walk away. For sun lovers, you can enjoy the sun on the property's great outdoor areas. It's also perfect for barbecuing on warm summer days or for social gatherings. Perfect location for those who commute to work by train. The area and neighboring properties mainly consist of classic villas. We are a family of 4 taking a gap year and moving for at least 1 year.
