We will be away and are renting out our beautiful 1 1/2 story villa from November 10, 2026, to May 3, 2027. The house is a 20-minute walk from the center of Skogås and the commuter train. The house is situated high up on a hill, no overlooking neighbors, large veranda and patio. The villa is furnished and the layout is open. Air heat pump on both the entrance floor and the upper floor. Underfloor heating in both bathrooms. Fireplace with a heat cassette. The area is very quiet. The rent includes internet, garbage collection, and a parking space for the car. Water and electricity, including grid costs, are paid after consumption.
