Hello! ☺️ I am renting out my apartment due to moving to another city. The apartment is a bright and modern 1-room apartment of 39 sqm, located at the top of the building with a lovely south-facing balcony ☀️. Open floor plan, plenty of storage, and close to both services, green areas with lake/sea, and transportation connections. Only a 4-minute walk to the Roslagsbanan where it takes you to the Royal Institute of Technology and Stockholm University in less than 20 minutes. Barely 1 km to Täby Centrum where you can find everything you might need. The rent includes hot/cold water, broadband, fully furnished hence a furniture surcharge of 15%. Electricity is charged according to actual consumption, approximately 250 SEK per month. A personal home insurance must be signed. The contract will be written with the landlord's approval. I am looking for a responsible female tenant or a couple who will take good care of the residence as if it were their own. Planned move-in is after the summer, exact dates can be discussed to suit both parties. The rental period is approximately one year with the possibility for extension.
