My partner and I have moved to a house and are renting out the apartment for about a year, starting with a minimum of six months (move-out date not set) to someone/some people who are responsible, well-behaved, pet/smoke-free. The apartment is bright and airy, and the kitchen shares a room with the living room due to the open floor plan with views over rooftops or Malmö's lively city skyline. The kitchen, where micro-cement slabs meet green tiles and lacquered wooden doors, has been newly built for a couple of years. The bedroom offers a magnificent view and beautiful evening sun. The smaller room has a built-in bed, desk, and storage making it usable as an office, guest room, or a second bedroom. Here you live close to most things – services in Kirseberg, a few minutes to the central station by train, green areas around the corner, and convenient roads into central Malmö.
