3 rooms with two large bedrooms, a walk-in closet/storage, living room, kitchenette with sink and stove, tiled bathroom with shower, toilet, and double sink. The apartment is partially furnished, so there will be space for your own furniture. (We can discuss the current furniture in the apartment at the relevant rental). There is an elevator and a laundry room in the building. We are looking for a safe and calm tenant/smaller family/students who want to rent our apartment for a longer period (indefinitely) with two months' notice from both parties. The rent includes heating, water, electricity, and wifi. We will also require a deposit. We are flexible with the date of access, and for us, it is important to find the right tenant with whom we feel comfortable.
