Attefall house for rent in Tumba, 25 sqm. We have a separate rental part next to our villa (Attefall house), about 25 sqm, with its own separate entrance. Equipped with its own kitchen/kitchenette, bathroom, and washing machine, as well as a small sleeping alcove. We are happy to rent it furnished (or unfurnished if you prefer), all according to agreement. We are located in a nice residential area in Vretarna in Tumba with good connections to Tumba C and the surrounding area, as well as to central Stockholm. A 5-minute walk to the bus. The bus takes 7 minutes to Tumba C. It takes 26 minutes by commuter train from Tumba C to Stockholm C. Very close to Södertörn University, only 2 stations from Tumba C. If you have your own car, parking is available. The apartment is intended for 1 person, to rent indefinitely. We are looking for someone who is calm and orderly, preferably a commuter or student. Non-smoker and without pets. Has a permanent job or is a student and without payment remarks. We always write a contract between us and the tenant + 1 month's rent as a deposit. The rent is always paid on the 25th of each month, 7000:-/month (including water, electricity, wifi, parking). Note, we only respond to inquiries where there is 1 person who will move in.
