It is located on the first floor of the green house in the picture with a balcony at the front. 2 rooms and a small kitchen. Toilet and sink in the apartment and a private shower in the basement. Basically furnished with a 140cm bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe, dining table and 4 chairs, sofa, coffee table, and 2 shelves. NOTE! Slightly different furniture setup compared to the pictures. On the island, there is a Tempo grocery store open year-round as well as several restaurants in the summer and 1 fish restaurant/store that is open almost year-round. READ THIS BEFORE YOU RESPOND 1. It is rented out only to 1 tenant. PLEASE NOTE ONLY 1 TENANT IS ACCEPTED! 2. Vrångö is an island with about 350 year-round residents without cars. Commuting is by boat to Saltholmen - about 30 minutes - and then tram 11 or direct bus 114 to Brunnsparken (about 20 minutes). 3. Electricity and wifi are added on top of the rent. Shared according to an agreed split.
