We are renting out our north wing at Kungsskogens Gård, north of Ölme, located 25 km from Kristinehamn and 45 km from central Karlstad. The wing is equipped with a heat pump, fiber connection, and a water heater. An own parking space and patio are directly adjacent to the residence with room for a small group of outdoor furniture and space for gardening. The hallway consists of a spacious area with good storage space even for larger items. The kitchen has an open floor plan that you can choose to use as a dining room or living room. The kitchen includes a full-size refrigerator and freezer as well as a dishwasher. The bathroom has a washing machine and a bathtub. On the same floor, there are 2 additional rooms that can be used as bedrooms with walk-in closets, an office, or a hobby room. The upper floor consists of an open room that can be used as a bedroom or living room. The rent includes electricity, heating, and water. On the farm where we live ourselves, we also run activities and therefore strive for good communication and great care in order and maintenance.
