Hello students and other residents of Gotland! I am now renting out my apartment on Lännaplan indefinitely. The apartment is 54 sqm and has a large separate bedroom – the perfect apartment for couples or friends. With a south-facing balcony, one of Visby's nicest gardens, and five minutes to Söderport, this is a real gem. The building also has an active association and very nice neighbors. Right next to the apartment is one of the city's few free parking lots. We rent out the apartment indefinitely for 9200 kronor per month. This includes wifi, heating, electricity, and a bicycle. There's plenty of room in the storage, so if you want to furnish it yourself, our furniture can be moved down there. Get in touch if you are our tenant this autumn! 🍁
