Kungsskogen Gård, Kristinehamn

Are you looking for a rental and appreciate country life? We are renting out one of our two apartments located at the back of our main building at Kungsskogens Gård, north of Ölme with 25 km to Kristinehamn and 45 km to central Karlstad. The apartments are situated on the second floor of the house and share a stairway up to a common vestibule, as well as share a laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer on the first floor. As the building is at the back, it is a bit more secluded from the road, and offers a view over our fields. The apartment consists of a wide hall that goes directly into the kitchen, which is equipped with a dishwasher and enough space for a kitchen table. Through the kitchen, you come to the living room and then the bedroom, where there is space for both a double bed and wardrobes. The bathroom has a shower cubicle but also an opportunity for a potential washing machine. Parking is available at a designated place adjacent to the entrance, an outdoor seating area can be arranged by agreement. Electricity, heating, and water are included in the rent. On the farm where we live, we also conduct operations and therefore strive for good communication and great meticulousness regarding order and maintenance. Good to know is that we have 2 Australian Shepherd males who often roam the farm freely and like to come forward.
