Suitable as a student room, overnight stay for commuting, or short-term accommodation. Mjölby is about 30 km from Linköping. From the townhouse in Slomarp to Mjölby train central is about 4 km, and it takes about 20 minutes to travel by train from Mjölby station to Linköping station. Requirements: Woman, no children, smoke-free, references desired, 1 month's rent as deposit, one month's notice period. Rent 3450 SEK per month per person including heating and electricity. Parking space available. Discount if the room is only used on weekdays. In winter, you have to shovel from gate to door (about 15 m) if it snows, of course, you tenants share that job.
