Sorgenfrivägen, Malmö

I am going to try cohabiting and therefore renting out my 2-room apartment in Malmö. The apartment is in good condition, located in cozy Östra Sorgenfri and has a balcony of 11 meters (see picture). I can rent it out for 6 months at a time for 1 year. Furniture and stuff: It can be rented out partially furnished (bed, sofa, etc.) or completely unfurnished. We can talk about it. If furnished, 10% is added to the rent (800 SEK). Storage and stuff: There is plenty of storage in the apartment, built-in wardrobes in the bedroom, and lots of cabinets in the kitchen. There is also a walk-in closet/storage room in the apartment as well as an attic storage room. Money and stuff: The base rent for 2026 is about 8000 SEK, usually around 8200 SEK since MKB adds for hot water consumption. The tenant needs to sign their own internet and electricity contract. Broadband can be signed through MKB, I pay around 200 SEK. Electricity usually costs around 400 SEK. I also wish the tenant to have their own home insurance.
