Are you looking for a room? We have some rooms available in a villa in Älta in Nacka. Two rooms share a WC/shower. Kitchen, dining area, TV area, and laundry are shared with other tenants. There are guys living here already and also a cat. Everything is included in the rent and there is fast WiFi via fiber. There is no parking space. The monthly rent is 5,000 SEK/month. A deposit of one month's rent is required and a mutual notice period of one month applies. Älta is located in southern Nacka and is very close to the Nacka Reserve, Hellasgården, and Flatenbadet. With public transport, it takes about 25-30 minutes to Slussen and 15 minutes to Gullmarsplan. There are also direct buses to central Nacka, Tyresö and Haninge. Grocery stores, library, health center, pharmacy, gym, etc. are within 5-10 minutes walking distance.
