My partner and I are renting out our bright and well-planned two-room apartment in the popular Luthagen area in Uppsala for a semester as we will be studying abroad. The apartment has a very well-planned layout with a welcoming hallway with good storage options, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, a spacious living room with access to a sunny south-facing balcony, a bedroom with good storage, and a fresh bathroom with a shower and washing machine. The apartment is perfect for two. The apartment is located in a quiet and pleasant area within walking and cycling distance to Uppsala University, the city center, and several student nations. Nearby amenities include Coop, a pharmacy, a gym, a bakery, restaurants, and nice running trails in Stabby. In the well-managed housing association, there is access to facilities such as a sauna, gym, hobby room, and community room. What is included in the rent: - Fully furnished apartment - Heating and water - Internet - Parking space available through the association on a first-come, first-served basis - Access to an outdoor patio with a grill - Access to the laundry room and drying room Communication: There are good bus connections nearby, and it is easy to cycle to the city center, the university, and Uppsala travel center. Why I'm renting out: We will be studying abroad during the fall semester and are therefore looking for a responsible tenant who can take good care of the apartment during this time. We are looking for a non-smoking tenant with a stable financial situation. References will be required. Minor changes to move-in and move-out dates can be discussed.
