The area borders some of Gotland's finest walking areas, Södra hällarna and Högklint. The house is 30 sqm with an additional 30 sqm sleeping loft (not full ceiling height). The cozy sleeping loft offers beds and the downstairs is furnished with a sofa, kitchen table, wardrobe, TV, and a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, washing machine, and dryer. The accommodation is rented out to ONE person, suitable for a student as the house is rented out during the school year. A car is preferred when living here. Electricity is additional.
