We, a family with three children (17, 15, 11) and a dog (tolling retriever), are renting out a nice one-room apartment in our villa with its own entrance. The apartment is located in Nacka, with only about 12 minutes by bus to Slussen. Nature, swimming spots, and various shopping opportunities are within a comfortable walking distance. The apartment has its own kitchen, shower, and access to a large garden that you are welcome to use, for example, for barbecuing with friends in the summer. A bed is available and can be taken over if you wish – otherwise, we can remove the furniture. Rented furnished, partly furnished, or unfurnished – you decide what suits you. The rent is 6,000 SEK/month, plus a fixed fee of 800 SEK for electricity, water, sewage, heating, internet, and garbage collection. Parking included.
